The experience overall was OK with some good and bad points: Good points: - The seller was friendly, polite and answered all my questions. - Offered to pick me up from the train station. - Was flexible on the price based on things that needed to be done on the car and reduced price accordingly. - No pressure to buy - Allowed me to check the car properly and test drive it. - Seller advised on day insurance. Bad points: - Seller reduced the price based on few things that I need to do on the car but I believe he could have told me about those before coming from faraway. He is an experienced seller and he must have known. - Car could have been cleaned properly and not pet free as mentioned. I can tell from the smell and dog hair in seats. - Was a bit stressful driving the car back because fuel was bellow zero and having a battery that needed replacement. However, seller offered to help if I get stuck before reaching the petrol station or failing to start the car because of the battery.

In this instance you were offered a 12 month MOT at the asking price but you asked for a reduced price to cover anything that MIGHT come up to which we agreed on, this was done before you set off. This advertisement was not mentioned as a pet free car and i also provide a fresh valet if the customer is not happy. If the customer purchases the car they are required to fuel up which will make it a stress free ride home. There was no pressure on the buyer as he went away for 6 hours before returning and made the purchase.
